Hair loss, also called alopecia, is a disorder caused by an interruption in the body’s cycle of hair production. Hair loss can occur anywhere on the body, but most commonly affects the scalp.
Stages of Hair Growth
Anagen
(Growing Phase)
Catagen
(Transition Phase)
Telogen
(Resting Phase)
Exogen
(Shedding Phase)
People typically lose 50 to 100 hairs a day as part of this natural cycle after the telogen phase (resting phase). If this cycle is disrupted or if a hair follicle is damaged, hair may begin to fall out more quickly than it is regenerated- leading to symptoms such as a receding hairline, hair falling out in patches, or overall thinning.

MesoHair
What is MesoHair?
MesoHair hair mesotherapy consists of bio-stimulation, a treatment that biologically activates hair cells through small injections, which are totally painless and subcutaneous. It reverses follicle shrinkage and boosts hair thickness and growth.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)
PRP hair restoration is a nonsurgical medical procedure which is used to treat hair thinning and hair loss. It is a safe way to treat hair loss by activating your own body’s ability to stimulate hair growth. For more information regarding PRP, you can always contact us or make an appointment to have a consultation with our doctor.

FAQ
How is PRP administered?
The treatment of PRP involves a fraction of blood, collected or ‘drawn up’ from the individual patient into a syringe. The collected blood is then spun down in a special centrifuge to separate its components. The platelet rich plasma is then reinjected, and/or micro-needled back into the scalp.
What can I expect after PRP hair treatment?
After a PRP treatment, there’s usually little or no downtime needed; this means the patients can get back to normal daily activities quickly after the treatment.
